This fee applies regardless of destination, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, carrier routes, customs clearance, and the fulfillment center handling your order.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with shipment details.

Please keep in mind:

For international shipments, packages may be delivered under DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid terms.

For small home and kitchen items, customs fees are often limited, but regulations differ depending on the destination country.

7. ⚠️ Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

📷 Clear photos of the damaged item
📦 Photos of the outer packaging
🧾 Your order number
📝 A brief description of the issue

After review, we may provide a replacement or another suitable solution at no additional cost when the claim is approved.

8. 📭 Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us so we can help review the situation.

When the carrier confirms the shipment is lost in transit, ceusdhyaui™ may arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.

Please note that packages marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation.
